In the Firing Line! Any Questions at Leaden Hall

Last week we held another one of our ‘Any Questions’ Assemblies, firing questions at Fire Fighter Dan Cooke from the Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service on their eco credentials.   Questions ranged from “If you ran out of water and needed more, where would you find it?”, to “Can we justify using water in hot places when people there need it to live?”.
Dan, who is part of our National Search and Rescue Team, clearly explained how eco-efficient the Service tries to be, and also described some of the dangerous missions he has attended in places like Haiti and Pakistan.    His final message to the school was that everything depended on teamsmanship – support each other and you will achieve the best outcome.   His advice would certainly help us save our planet.       WeGoEco@leaden-hall.com
