@ Leaden Hall School

We've done it again!

For the second time Leaden Hall School has achieved the full International School Award from the British Council.

The trophy was presented by the news reader, George Alagiah and received by our international coordinator, Rachel Pegg, at the awards ceremony in Oct 2007.

The handsome trophy now sits proudly in the entrance hall for all to see.

Prospective parents are always pleased to hear that all the children study French. We have French conversation lessons and Italian, Spanish and modern Greek Clubs - then we discovered the Comenius Project.

Comenius is run by the British Council through the EU and has been set up to involve schools in joint projects. The aim is for the teachers to meet and to work together to produce an exciting programme of study which can be accessed by all the children in participating countries.
